Modern slavery statement

Published 1 October 2026. This is Newclearus’s public commitment on modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. It is not presented as a board-approved annual statement under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our commitment

We oppose slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, child exploitation and human trafficking in our business and supplier relationships. Our ICT and Employer of Record work brings potential risks through recruitment, labour providers, outsourced services and hardware supply chains.

Standards we expect

We expect employment to be voluntary, terms and pay to be clear, and workers to retain control of identity documents. We oppose recruitment fees charged to workers, coercion, restrictions on leaving employment and retaliation for raising concerns. Suppliers and recruitment partners should uphold applicable labour laws and these standards.

Risk review and concerns

Our intended approach is to assess higher-risk partners, raise concerns with suppliers and consider corrective action or ending a relationship where credible exploitation risks cannot be addressed. This statement does not claim that supplier audits, staff training or a complete supply-chain assessment have already taken place.

Report a concern to our contact page. Share only information necessary to describe it. We aim to handle reports sensitively and oppose retaliation. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Accountability

Newclearus management is responsible for reviewing this commitment as operations grow. If statutory annual reporting requirements apply, a separate statement must describe actual actions for the relevant financial year and meet applicable approval and signature requirements.
